Registration and Account Information: When creating an account, you are required to provide your email address and password, and optionally your mobile phone number. If you use third-party login (such as WeChat or Apple), we will obtain your third-party account information (such as nickname and avatar).

Device and Network Information: Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, Android ID, IDFA, etc.), IP address, operating system version, and network status. This information is used to enable remote control, camera functions, and network optimization.

Camera and Microphone Permissions: Camera and microphone permissions are required for real-time video monitoring and two-way voice functions.

Location Information: Wi-Fi network information is collected when binding the device for the first time to detect the network environment where the device is located.

Usage Data: APP operation records, device control logs, and error reports are collected to optimize the service experience.

Consent: When you actively enable camera, microphone, or location permissions, you are deemed to have consented to the relevant data processing.

Contract Performance: Necessary information is processed to enable core functions such as remote control and device binding.

Legitimate Interests: Used for security monitoring, anti-fraud, and service optimization, without compromising your significant rights and interests.

We may delegate data processing to the following third parties:

European Union/EEA: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used to ensure data security.

Japan: Comply with the "Personal Information Protection Law." Cross-border transfer of sensitive data requires separate consent.

Within China: Data is stored within China in principle. If data needs to be transferred outside China, it will pass a security assessment or certification.

Right of Access: You can query or export your personal information through the APP.

Right of Rectification: If you find errors in your information, you can apply for correction.

Right to Erasure: Under statutory conditions, you can request the deletion of your data (e.g., after account cancellation).

Right to Withdraw Consent: You can disable permissions or cancel your account at any time without affecting data processing before the withdrawal.

Right to Object: If you object to the purpose of data processing, we will re-evaluate it.
