本隐私政策（以下简称 “本政策”）由 智席流体（深圳）有限公司（以下简称 “我们” 或 “公司”）制定，适用于 Petcarehub 智能宠物喂食器及配套移动应用（以下简称 “APP”）。本政策旨在说明我们如何收集、使用、共享和保护您的个人信息，并确保符合中国、欧盟（GDPR）、美国（CCPA）、日本（APPI）等地区的法律法规。

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is formulated by FEPFT (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") and applies to the Petcarehub smart pet feeder and its supporting mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the APP"). This Policy aims to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information and ensure compliance with laws and regulations in regions such as China, the European Union (GDPR), the United States (CCPA), and Japan (APPI).
注册与账户信息： 您创建账户时需提供 邮箱地址、密码，可选提供 手机号。 若使用第三方登录（如微信、Apple），我们将获取您的 第三方账户信息（如昵称、头像）。
设备与网络信息： 设备标识符（IMEI、MAC 地址、Android ID、IDFA 等）、IP 地址、操作系统版本、网络状态。 用于实现远程控制、摄像头功能及网络优化。
摄像头与麦克风权限： 实时视频监控和双向语音功能需开启 摄像头 和 麦克风 权限。
位置信息： 首次绑定设备时需获取 Wi-Fi 网络信息，用于检测设备所在网络环境。
使用数据： 收集 APP 操作记录、设备控制日志、错误报告，以优化服务体验。
同意： 您主动开启摄像头、麦克风或位置权限时，视为同意相关数据处理。
合同履行： 为实现远程控制、设备绑定等核心功能，需处理必要信息。
合法利益： 用于安全监测、反欺诈及服务优化，且不损害您的重大权益。
Registration and Account Information: When you create an account, you need to provide your email address and password, and optionally your mobile phone number. If you use third-party login (such as WeChat, Apple), we will obtain your third-party account information (such as nickname, avatar).
Device and Network Information: Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, Android ID, IDFA, etc.), IP address, operating system version, and network status. Used to enable remote control, camera functions, and network optimization.
Camera and Microphone Permissions: Real-time video monitoring and two-way voice functions require enabling camera and microphone permissions.
Location Information: Wi-Fi network information is required when binding the device for the first time to detect the network environment where the device is located.
Usage Data: Collect APP operation records, device control logs, and error reports to optimize the service experience.
Consent: When you actively enable camera, microphone, or location permissions, you are deemed to have consented to the relevant data processing.
Contract Performance: Necessary information needs to be processed to implement core functions such as remote control and device binding.
Legitimate Interests: Used for security monitoring, anti-fraud, and service optimization without harming your significant rights and interests.
数据收集： 喂食器摄像头实时采集 视频和音频，用于远程监控。
存储与传输： 数据默认存储于 本地设备，您可选择开启 云端存储（需单独授权）。 传输过程采用 AES-256 加密，确保数据安全。
删除与访问： 您可通过 APP 随时删除或下载视频数据。
Data Collection: The feeder camera captures video and audio in real-time for remote monitoring.
Storage and Transmission: Data is stored locally on the device by default. You can choose to enable cloud storage (requires separate authorization). The transmission process uses AES-256 encryption to ensure data security.
Deletion and Access: You can delete or download video data at any time through the APP.

中国境内： 数据原则上存储于中国境内，如需出境将通过 安全评估 或 认证。

EU/EEA: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used to ensure data security.
Japan: Comply with the "Personal Information Protection Law." Cross-border transfer of sensitive data requires separate consent.
Within China: Data is stored within China in principle. If it needs to be transferred out of the country, it will pass a security assessment or certification.
访问权： 可通过 APP 查询或导出个人信息。
更正权： 发现信息错误时，可申请更正。
删除权： 符合法定条件时，可要求删除数据（如账号注销后）。
撤回同意： 可随时关闭权限或注销账户，不影响已授权前的处理。
投诉权： 可向 中国网信办 或 公司客服 反馈问题。
数据可携权： 有权获取并转移个人数据至其他服务商。
限制处理权： 对不准确或非法处理的数据，可要求限制使用。
异议权： 对数据处理目的提出异议时，我们将重新评估。
Right of Access: You can query or export your personal information through the APP.
Right of Rectification: You can apply for correction if you find errors in your information.
Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of data when statutory conditions are met (such as after account cancellation).
Right to Withdraw Consent: You can turn off permissions or cancel your account at any time without affecting processing before authorization.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You can report issues to the Cyberspace Administration of China or our customer service.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to obtain and transfer your personal data to other service providers.
Right to Restrict Processing: You can request restrictions on the use of inaccurate or illegally processed data.
Right to Object: We will re-evaluate when you object to the purpose of data processing.
年龄限制： APP 不面向 14 周岁以下 未成年人（中国）、16 周岁以下（欧盟）、15 周岁以下（日本）。
监护人同意： 若用户为未成年人，需监护人同意并协助管理账户。
Age Restriction: The APP is not intended for minors under 14 years old (China), 16 years old (EU), or 15 years old (Japan).
Guardian Consent: If the user is a minor, guardian consent and assistance in managing the account are required.
加密技术： 数据传输采用 TLS 1.2/1.3，存储使用 AES-256 加密。
访问控制： 仅授权员工可访问数据，并实施最小权限原则。
定期审计： 每年进行 安全漏洞扫描 和 合规评估。
Encryption Technology: TLS 1.2/1.3 is used for data transmission, and AES-256 encryption is used for storage.
Access Control: Only authorized employees can access data, and the principle of least privilege is implemented.
Regular Audits: Conduct security vulnerability scans and compliance assessments annually.
适用法律： 中国境内运营适用 《个人信息保护法》、《网络安全法》；其他地区遵循当地法规。
争议解决： 若发生纠纷，优先协商解决；协商不成时，提交 中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会 仲裁。
Governing Law: The "Personal Information Protection Law" and "Cybersecurity Law" apply to operations within China; other regions follow local regulations.
Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, it will be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, it will be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
更新机制： 政策修订时，将通过 APP 弹窗或邮件通知您。
版本历史： 每次更新将标注生效日期和版本号。
Update Mechanism: When the policy is revised, you will be notified via APP pop-up or email.
Version History: Each update will indicate the effective date and version number.
